Your Dedicated Dietitian vs. Assembly-Line Nutrition

Unlike big clinics where you’re just another appointment, you get ME. My expertise, my attention, my commitment to your success. I build real relationships because that’s what creates lasting change.

How to Make An Appointment?

It just takes 3 simple steps
Your body is already trying to heal itself. It just needs the right support.

Let’s review your coverage details together (I accept both insurance and private pay, depending on what’s most convenient for you.)

Complete intake forms (Filling out your intake forms helps me get to know your health and goals, so I can personalize your nutrition plan.)

Attend our sessions (All sessions are held online through a secure video platform. The initial session lasts about 60 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 30–45 minutes long.)

Schedule initial and follow-up sessions

All sessions will be conducted ONLINE via a secure video platform. The initial session usually lasts around 60 minutes. Follow-up sessions typically last around 30-45 minutes. Create an account in client portal and choose a time that works for you.

Ready to Restore Your Energy and Confidence?

Most insurance plans cover nutrition counseling as preventive care, which means your sessions may cost you nothing out of pocket. Because the best time to address pre-diabetes, gut issues, and metabolic concerns is before they become bigger problems.
