I am currently in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, MODA and Medicare. I am considered an out-of-network provider for United Healthcare for now. If I am out-of-network to your insurance, I can provide you a superbill, and you can submit it to your insurance for reimbursement.
Aetna: 10 to 16 preventative visits. Co-pay or deductible might apply after that.
Cigna: 3 preventative nutrition visits. Co-pay or deductible might apply after that.
BCBS: unlimited preventative visits (depends on the specific plan)
Medicare/advantage plan: 3 nutrition visits a year if you visit dietitian the very first time (must have diabetes and chronic kidney disease diagnosis), 2 nutrition visits a year after that. Can get more visits covered if there is a medical necessity.
